✶ Clarity on what boundaries actually means — How to speak your needs, wants, and limits without “cutting out toxic people” or closing yourself off to connection
✶ Self-sourced safety — Rather than relying on other people to make you feel safe + loved, learning how to cultivate this within yourself so you can feel whole, authentic, and confident even in challenging relationships
✶ Release shame and old patterns — Release the patterns that have held you back from speaking honestly and openly
✶ Like-hearted community — Be seen, heard, and held in a space of shared growth, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
What to expect ✶
Our time together will be both giving and receiving. Here’s what each session will look like:
We’ll begin with a brief check-in, sharing how we’re doing and anything that is taking up space in our minds and hearts.
From there, we’ll get grounded with a guided meditation so that we can be fully present with ourselves and the other women.
After that, I’ll share about the discussion topic and offer a new perspective or way of approaching your relationship.
Then, we’ll go into an integration practice such as journaling, a discussion prompt, or experiential exercise.
We’ll then have space for open sharing + discussion, where you can receive feedback, support, or affirmation if you choose.
Our time together will then close with shared gratitude and a journal prompt for further integration.
Because this is a community-oriented space, our sessions will not be recorded and we’ll spend most of the time on video with each other. However, in moments of reflection — like journaling or meditation — you can choose to go off-camera and fully drop in. I’ll guide you along the way!

No, these groups are intentionally limited so that you can go deep and have space to be supported. Each cohort is limited to 5 women.

No, our sessions will not be recorded. This is partly because this group is community-based and requires your live attendance, and partly to fiercely protect confidentiality.

Unless you are sick, traveling, or working, I ask that you please commit to attending all sessions so our group can experience consistency and presence with one another. If you must miss a session, we’ll connect the following week.

Yes! You will be invited to join a private group chat so that you can stay connected with the other women. This chat won’t close either, so it will be open to you as long as you need it, even beyond our month together.

We will connect via Google Meet, a video platform similar to Zoom.

While this group is created for you to have space to share, you have full sovereignty to choose — it’s actually one of the defining mutual agreements we will make. You won’t ever be “called on” or pressured to share or talk.

Yes. Full stop. Every woman in our group will commit to fierce confidentiality.

Nope! Boundaries show up in every area of our lives — friendships, family, coworkers, strangers, and even within ourselves. This group will talk about boundaries on the whole and you can apply it where you feel it’s necessary.

No. I am not a therapist and this is not a substitute for therapy. This is a space for women to gather, connect, and learn from one another.

✶ You are focused only on changing others rather than exploring your own role in the relationship
✶ You are not comfortable yet with radical self-reflection or exploring your own patterns in relationships
✶ You are currently in abusive or unsafe relationship(s) — this group is not a substitute for professional support in those situations
✶ You prefer a highly structured or solely lecture-based format rather than interactive discussions and embodiment practices
✶ You are uncomfortable with vulnerability and group sharing, as this space invites open and honest exploration within community
